Job summary

Beacon Specialized Living is seeking a Care Team Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a residential home supporting individuals with IDD. You will supervise DSPs and staff, ensure high-quality care, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment. This is a hands-on leadership role in a 24/7 residential setting.

The ideal candidate brings supervisory experience, strong communication, and a commitment to compassionate care. A $500 sign-on bonus is offered to join Beacon Specialized Living.

Qualifications

• Experience in IDD, behavioral health, healthcare, human services, or residential services preferred.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and residential staff.
• Oversee the daily operations of the assigned home.
• Ensure individuals receive care aligned with their plans and needs.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, and staff retention.
• Ensure documentation is completed accurately and on time.
