Job summary

The Cambian Group is seeking a Residential Team Leader to support children and young people in our homes, working by example to promote safety, learning, and wellbeing in line with Ofsted requirements. You will lead night and day shifts, supervise care staff, and ensure consistently high standards of care.

You will manage rotas, contribute to safeguarding, and support the Deputy Manager in meetings and assessments while fostering a warm, inclusive home.

Responsibilities

• Meeting the needs of the Children and Young People in line with Ofsted regulations
• Planning team rotas to support the Deputy and home manager in meetings and appointments
• Assisting the Registered Manager and/or the Deputy Manager in the implementation of all aspects of the Statement of Purpose
• To carry out all other reasonable tasks as directed by the Registered Manager and/or the Deputy Manager
• To supervise in the absence of the Registered Manager and/or Deputy Manager
• Welcome a diverse culture in the home
• Creating a safe, family environment for the children
