The Cambian Group is seeking Residential Team Leaders for children and young people in our homes. You will lead care teams, ensure high standards of safeguarding and Ofsted-compliant care, and support individual young people in a safe, nurturing environment.

Expect a 40-hour week across 2–3 shifts with a rota published 4 weeks in advance, plus a 365-day role including holidays. Comprehensive induction and DBS coverage provided.

Qualifications

• You must be 21+ due to Ofsted regulations.
• Driving is preferred depending on the location of the homes.
• Enrolled on to a workplace pension scheme after three months of employment.
• Fully paid 10-day induction course.
• Enhanced DBS, paid for by Cambian Group.
• Progression within the company: Support Worker → Team Leader → Deputy Manager.

Responsabilités

• Meeting the needs of the Children and Young People in line with Ofsted regulations.
• Planning team rotas to support the Deputy and home manager in various meetings and appointments.
• Assisting the Registered Manager and/or the Deputy Manager in the implementation of all aspects of the Statement of Purpose.
• To carry out all other reasonable tasks as directed by the Registered Manager and/or the Deputy Manager.
• To supervise in the absence of the Registered Manager and/or Deputy Manager.
• Welcoming a diverse culture in the home.
• Creating a safe, family environment for the children.
