Qualifications

• High school or GED completion is required.
• Valid driver’s license with three years of driving history clear of infractions.
• Background check approval from the Department of Human Services after offer.
• Pre-employment drug screening including Cannabis/THC after offer.
• Effective 03/28/2025, 12-month waiting period for former clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support, care, and transportation for clients in residential services during and outside treatment hours.
• Encourage participants to follow program rules and collaborate with WF staff.
• Support individuals in early recovery and ensure safety and adherence to protocols.
