Job summary

Willamette Family Inc. is seeking a full-time Support Staff Specialist for its Withdrawal Management program at the Buckley location. The role is on-site in Eugene, OR, with graveyard weekend shifts and a starting rate of $17.85 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum HS/GED required.
• Understanding of substance use disorders.
• Ability to interact respectfully with diverse individuals.

Responsibilities

• Manage telephone reception and direct calls, take messages, provide program information.
• Perform general office tasks: copy, fax, and assist with forms.
• Provide administrative support to counselors and maintain efficiency.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with 42 CFR Part 2 and HIPAA.
• Transport residents to appointments as needed.
• Monitor resident well-being, assist with crisis intervention and de-escalation.
• Conduct drug screenings and collect UA samples.
• Communicate resident updates to supervisors and management.
• Enforce facility rules and complete bed checks; supervise visits.
• Maintain up-to-date daily logs and records.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
