Job summary

Partnersforcommunity is seeking compassionate Residential Support Staff to provide hands-on support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting. Available shifts include first and second shift, with both full-time and part-time opportunities.

You will help individuals strengthen daily living skills, participate in communities, and live as independently as possible, documenting progress, transporting to appointments, and responding to emergencies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to communicate effectively and document clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide respectful, person-centered care and support.
• Assist individuals with developing daily living skills.
• Document progress and document behavioral, medical, and program-related information.
• Transport individuals to medical appointments, community activities, and events.
• Respond calmly to emergencies or crises.
