Job summary

Corporation for Public Management is seeking compassionate Residential Support Staff to assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting. You will help strengthen daily living skills, support independence, and promote community participation.

Responsibilities include implementing goals per DDS guidelines, documenting progress, transporting individuals to appointments and activities, and maintaining safety records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience with documenting care and progress is preferred.
• Basic computer skills (Word/Excel/Outlook) and ability to stay organized.
• DDS-related knowledge and certifications must be obtained within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide respectful, person-centered care and support.
• Implement individual goals and documentation per CPM policies.
• Assist individuals with developing daily living skills.
• Document progress and maintain accurate records.
• Transport individuals to appointments and community activities.
• Maintain vehicle records and safety documentation.
• Report incidents and changes in conditions promptly.
