Job summary

RTR in Massachusetts is seeking a Residential Support Specialist to provide hands-on daily living support, skill-building, and compassionate care in a residential setting.

You will assist with personal care, mobility, transportation, and community activities; maintain a safe home environment, document shift reports, and participate in trainings. A driver’s license, English fluency, and background checks are required for full-time employment with a $2,500 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or one year direct experience in human services.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• Must complete state and agency mandated trainings including medication administration.
• Background check CORI clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support and skill-building in daily living activities.
• Assist individuals with personal care needs such as hygiene, meals, dressing, and mobility.
• Support participation in community activities, appointments, and social events.
• Provide transportation as required.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized home environment.
• Complete daily documentation and shift reports.
