Job summary

RTR is seeking Residential Support Staff to help individuals with developmental disabilities live more independently at home and in the community. You will provide hands-on care, support daily living skills, and advocate for those you support.

The role involves assisting with personal care, attending medical appointments, and collaborating with families and care providers. A High School Diploma and driver's license are required, with trainings including medication administration, and CORI checks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Must pass Criminal History Background Check (CORI).
• Must complete mandated trainings, including medication administration.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily living skills (cooking, hygiene, routines).
• Provide hands-on personal care and mobility assistance.
• Attend medical appointments and community activities.
• Administer medications per established procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe home environment.
• Provide transportation as needed.
• Complete documentation and progress reports.
• Collaborate with team, families, and care providers.
