Pathway Family Services seeks a full-time Residential Supervisor to lead a team in a residential program, ensuring safety, quality care, and positive outcomes for youth. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, two years of experience, and completion of required trainings.
You will oversee staff, coordinate schedules, and collaborate with case management, therapy, and education teams while promoting trauma-informed care and best practices in daily operations.
We are looking for a full-time Residential Supervisor who is at least 21 years of age and has a high school diploma or equivalent with at least two years of experience in a Residential Program. Also requires attendance and successful completion of Safe Crisis Management training, that is provided by the Agency. In addition, it is required to attend the Residential Child and Youth Care Professional Certification Training. Employees must complete the online certification process to become Nationally Certified within the first year of employment. Lastly, you must possess a valid driver's license and meet agency underwriting standards while driving agency vehicles and/or transporting clients.
