Job summary

Sevita in Massillon, OH is seeking a Supervisor Residential to oversee daily activities for individuals receiving supports and ensure programs run smoothly.

You will supervise Direct Care Staff, coordinate schedules, deliver onboarding and ongoing training, and participate in hiring decisions while upholding regulatory safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or equivalent.
• 1–2 years’ experience preferred or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Current CPR/First Aid and valid driver’s license with auto insurance.
• Licensure as required by state.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking.
• Excellent communication to manage relationships.
• Compassionate, reliable, and quality-focused.
