Job summary

Community Services Group (CSG) is seeking a Residential Supervisor to oversee daily operations of a community-based mental health residential program. You will supervise staff, ensure safety, and support individuals in reintegration into the community.

The role requires at least a high school diploma and a year of relevant experience, with flexible hours and a valid driver's license. Benefits include comprehensive health coverage and comprehensive training opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year working experience in programs for individuals with mental illness.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle access.
• Able to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Supervises direct support staff and evaluates performance per policies.
• Ensures health, safety, and welfare of individuals and supports community integration.
• Participates in and supervises behavioral management and skill training.
• Provides on-site supervision and daily program operations including on-call duties.
• Manages program budgets and submits documentation for review.
• Communicates with families, external agencies, and professionals as needed.
• Transports or coordinates transportation for appointments.
• Performs direct care duties as needed.
• Promotes trauma-informed care principles: safety, choice, collaboration, trust, empowerment.
• Supports diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.
• Adheres to professional ethics.
