The Residential Supervisor is responsible for the delegation of work, assignment of duties, and completion of tasks of direct support staff and for supporting the values/principles of recovery/resiliency. The Residential Supervisor reports directly to the Assistant Program Director. This position will support an adult Mental Health Residential program in Spring Grove, Pa.**Wage Information:**Base rate $22.50/hr. Educ and experience is taken into account for potential higher starting rates. We are offering an additional $1.00/hr. for all hours worked at this location.
