We are looking for a full-time Residential Supervisor who is at least 21 years of age and has a high school diploma or equivalent with at least two years of experience in a Residential Program. Also requires attendance and successful completion of Safe Crisis Management training, that is provided by the Agency. In addition, it is required to attend the Residential Child and Youth Care Professional Certification Training. Employees must complete the online certification process to become Nationally Certified within the first year of employment. Lastly, you must possess a valid driver's license and meet agency underwriting standards while driving agency vehicles and/or transporting clients.
As a Residential Supervisor, you will assist with meeting our mission of strengthening families by supporting youth with challenging behaviors in a therapeutic environment. Through your day-to-day interactions, you will promote health, safety, and well-being of individuals served, as well as the organization by leading therapeutic groups, teaching daily routines, and promoting positive and proactive behavior management strategies.
