We are looking for a full-time Residential Supervisor who is at least 21 years of age and has a high school diploma or equivalent with at least two years of experience in a Residential Program. Must attend and successfully complete Safe Crisis Management training provided by the Agency, Residential Child and Youth Care Professional Certification Training, and must complete the online certification process to become Nationally Certified within the first year of employment. Must possess a valid driver’s license and meet agency underwriting standards while driving agency vehicles and/or transporting clients.
As a Residential Supervisor, you will assist with meeting our mission of strengthening families by supporting youth with challenging behaviors in a therapeutic environment. You will promote health, safety, and well‑being of individuals served, and the organization by leading therapeutic groups, teaching daily routines, and promoting positive and proactive behavior management strategies.
