TFI is seeking a Unit Leader for our Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF) to oversee daily schedules, treatment plans, and care standards in a therapeutic residential setting. Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct group activities to ensure compliance with treatment schedules.
• Monitor and report supply and curriculum needs for psychosocial programming.
• Ensure staff are equipped with materials for therapeutic groups and activities.
• Collaborate with medical, therapeutic, and educational departments for holistic care.
• Document staff interactions, incidents, and resident progress.
• Support direct care staff during emergencies or crises.
• Attend staff meetings, supervision sessions, and coaching.
• Transport residents or conduct agency business using personal or agency vehicles.
• Promote cultural sensitivity, teamwork, and adherence to accreditation standards.
