Qualifications

• Strong communication with builders, inspectors, and sales team.
• Ability to resolve field issues within 48 hours.

Responsibilities

• Convert architectural plans into CAD floor layouts and engineered drawings.
• Size headers, glulam, I-joists, and tall wall components.
• Interpret prescriptive wind-bracing and ensure code compliance.
• Provide field troubleshooting and inspector-ready documentation within 48 hours.
• Support red-tag inspections and job-site visits as needed.
• Maintain design logs and coordinate with QBs and builders.
