• Experience reading architectural/structural drawings to create truss designs.
• Ability to apply structural loading and code compliance to plans.
• Produce manufacturing and field-ready drawings and layouts.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret drawings to produce detailed truss designs for roof, wall, and floor systems.
• Provide engineering support and load analysis to ensure safe, code-compliant designs.
• Prepare production files and field layouts for on-site crews.
• Identify and resolve design discrepancies early to prevent errors.
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams and customers.
