Job summary

Health Care and Rehabilitation Services seeks a Residential Specialist to join a compassionate team. This full-time role supports individuals with mental health and/or substance use challenges, helping them build independent living and emotional regulation skills to achieve treatment goals.

Located in Vermont with a floating location, the position offers a $20-$23.1990 per hour pay range, paid time off, sick days, holidays, shift and weekend differentials, a $1,000 sign-on bonus, and strong

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preference for an Associate’s or Bachelor’s in psychology, social work, or human services.
• Experience working with individuals with mental health and/or substance use challenges.

Residential Specialist - Full time - Floating Location

The pay range for this position is $20-$23.1990 per hour.

Starting with 4 weeks of paid time off (pro-rated) plus 12 sick days and 9 holidays per year!

Includes shift differential, additional weekend differential, and generous holiday pay!

$1,000 sign-on bonus

To be successful as a Residential Specialist, you will have:

• A high school diploma or GED or preferably, an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or another human services field
• Experience working with individuals with mental health and/or substance use challenges
• A valid driver’s license, car insurance and reliable transportation
• A positive attitude of compassion, respect, and ability to set appropriate boundaries as a caregiver
