Health Care and Rehabilitation Services' Meadowview Recovery Residence is seeking a Residential Specialist for the 3rd shift to support residents with mental health and/or substance use challenges in developing independent living and emotional regulation skills.

The role offers $20-$23.25 per hour, starting with 4 weeks of paid time off (pro-rated), 12 sick days and 9 holidays annually, with shift and weekend differentials and a $2,000 sign-on bonus.

To be successful as a Residential Specialist, you will have:

• A high school diploma or GED or preferably, an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or another human services field


• Experience working with individuals with mental health and/or substance use challenges


• A valid driver's license, car insurance and reliable transportation


• A positive attitude of compassion, respect, and ability to set appropriate boundaries as a caregiver
