Job summary

HCRS in Brattleboro, Vermont is seeking a Residential Specialist for the 1st shift at Meadowview Recovery Residence to support individuals living with mental health and/or substance use challenges in developing independent living and emotional regulation skills.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED (or higher), experience with the target populations, a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, and a compassionate, boundary-setting approach.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; preferred Associate’s or Bachelor’s in psychology, social work, or human services.
• Experience working with individuals with mental health and/or substance abuse challenges.
• Valid driver’s license, car insurance and reliable transportation.
• Positive attitude of compassion, respect, and ability to set appropriate boundaries.

Description

• $1000.00 Sign-On Bonus
• The pay range for this position is $20-$23.25 per hour.
• Starting with 4 weeks of paid time off (pro-rated) plus 12 sick days and 9 holidays per year!
• Includes shift differential, additional weekend differential, and generous holiday pay!
