To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A high school diploma or GED or preferably, an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or another human services field


• Experience working with individuals with mental health and/or substance use challenges


• A valid driver’s license, car insurance and reliable transportation


• A positive attitude of compassion, respect, and ability to set mutual boundaries.


• Ability to work evenings, overnights and weekends.
