Job summary

Responsibilities

As a Residential Specialist, you will support individuals living with mental health and/or substance abuse challenges to develop independent living skills and emotional regulation skills that are integral to accomplishing their identified treatment goals.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED or preferably, an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or another human services field
• Experience working with individuals with mental health and/or substance abuse challenges
• A valid driver’s license, car insurance and reliable transportation
• A positive attitude of compassion, respect, and ability to set appropriate boundaries.
