Sunspear Energy LLC is seeking a Solar Technician 2 to perform service and maintenance on residential PV and BESS systems. You will diagnose issues, document findings for warranties, and support site surveys with photos and AR/layout tools.

The role emphasizes hands-on field work and collaboration with the Design and Engineering teams to ensure quality outcomes. The ideal candidate has experience using multimeters, knowledge of microinverter/DC string inverters, and the ability to guide

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Strong safety mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and teams.

Responsabilités

• Perform site surveys and document conditions with photos.
• Complete system commissioning and on-site troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with design/engineering to ensure accurate system design.
• Upload maps, photos, and reports to project portals and CRMs.
• Assist in creating as-built drawings and placards for labeling.
• Travel to outer islands for PV-related work when needed.
