Job summary

Solar Energy Solutions LLC is seeking a Residential Sales Manager to oversee the administrative and operational side of the residential sales process, ensuring smooth lead-to-close progression. You will manage leads, contracts, and reporting while coordinating with Marketing and IT to optimize the pipeline.

The role also includes training new sales representatives, driving process improvements, and ensuring customer satisfaction across the SES residential team.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of managerial or high-level administrative experience.
• Experience with HubSpot or CRM platforms.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Renewable energy or construction industry experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative and operational side of residential sales process.
• Develop processes, manage lead flow, and coordinate contracts.
• Train new sales representatives on SES processes and standards.
• Prepare, review, and process sales contracts and documentation.
• Collaborate with Marketing to identify opportunities and run campaigns.
• Collaborate with IT to identify automation opportunities and implement.
• Manage reporting, pipeline accuracy, and KPI monitoring.
• Maintain cross-functional communication among sales, ops, and management.
• Participate in Amicus Solar Cooperative activities and share best practices.
• Provide leadership to continuous improvement initiatives in sales admin.
