Job summary

Solar Energy Solutions (SES) is seeking a Residential Sales Manager to support the residential sales team and ensure a smooth, efficient sales process from lead to close. The role emphasizes organization, process development, lead management, contract preparation, and sales coordination.

The ideal candidate will train new sales representatives, provide leadership across sales administration, and collaborate with Marketing and IT to improve automation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of managerial or high-level administrative experience, preferably in sales operations or a related field.
• Strong experience using HubSpot or other CRM platforms.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
• Experience in renewable energy or construction industries preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, develop, and oversee SES residential sales processes.
• Manage all residential leads through the SES sales process, ensuring accurate tracking and timely follow-up.
• Prepare, review, and process sales contracts and documentation.
• Identify key opportunities for marketing and advertising and liaise with Marketing Team to support execution.
• Identify key opportunities for automation and liaise with IT Team to support execution.
• Manage inside and outside residential sales to ensure efficient and timely reporting, and pipeline management.
• Monitor and report on sales KPIs.
• Maintain communication between sales, operations, and management teams to ensure project accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in Amicus Solar Cooperative community to follow and share industry best practices.
• Provide leadership and direction in managing sales administration processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
