Zeo Energy is seeking experienced Solar Installers to support residential solar projects in and around Cleveland, Ohio. You will be responsible for high-quality workmanship, safety standards, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Roles offer per-watt pay with bonuses tied to quality and volume, with training provided for growth. Entry-level installers can expect around $70,000 per year, while experienced Crew Leads or Electricians average about $100,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential solar installations preferred but not required.
• Must be able to climb ladders and work safely on roofs.
• Valid driver's license may be required for leadership roles.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Install residential solar systems according to project specs and Ohio code.
• Mount roof-mounted arrays, including racking and module placement.
• Bend and install EMT conduit on roofs and home exteriors/interiors.
• Submit installation photos and documentation via online portal.
• Maintain a safe, organized job site in line with OSHA and company policies.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the process.
