• Residential solar installation experience preferred.
• Ability to work on steep roofs with proper safety measures.
• Valid driver’s license required for leadership positions.

Responsibilities

• Complete residential solar installations according to project specs and local codes.
• Perform roof-mounted installations, including racking and module placement.
• Bend and install EMT conduit on roofs and interiors of homes.
• Submit installation photos and documentation to online portal.
• Maintain an orderly and safe job site per OSHA and company protocols.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners.
