Zeo Energy in Virginia Beach is seeking experienced and reliable Solar Installers to support residential solar in Chesapeake, Norfolk, and Virginia Beach. You will perform roof installations, ensure safety, and deliver quality workmanship.

The role offers per-watt pay with bonuses for quality and volume, plus opportunities for growth within a national, customer-focused clean-energy company. Entry-level installers average around $70,000 annually, with Experienced Crew Leads or Electricians

Qualifications

• Safety on steep roofs with proper precautions.
• Ability to climb ladders and lift 50+ lbs.
• Experience in residential solar installations preferred but trainable.
• Valid driver's license required for leadership positions.

Responsibilities

• Complete residential solar installations according to project specifications and codes.
• Perform roof-mounted installations including racking and module placement.
• Bend and install EMT conduit on roofs and on interiors/exteriors of homes.
• Submit installation photos and documentation to online portal.
• Maintain an orderly and safe job site per OSHA and company policies.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners.
