Qualifications

• Steep roof work with proper safety measures.
• Climb ladders, lift 50+ lbs, and work in various weather conditions.
• Residential solar installations experience preferred but can be taught on the job with strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Complete residential solar installations according to project specifications, codes, and Virginia requirements.
• Perform roof-mounted solar array installations, including racking and module placement.
• Bend and install EMT conduit on roof and on exterior and interior of homes.
• Submit installation photos and documentation to online portal.
