Zeo Energy is hiring experienced Solar Installers to support residential solar projects in and around Allentown, PA. You will perform roof-mounted installations, ensure code compliance, and deliver high-quality workmanship with focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

Entry-level installers can earn around $70,000 annually, with experienced leads earning roughly $100,000, enhanced by piece-rate pay and bonuses for efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work on steep roofs and follow safety protocols.
• Capable of climbing ladders, lifting 50+ lbs, and working in varied weather.

Responsibilities

• Complete residential solar installations per project specs and codes.
• Install roof-mounted solar arrays including racking and module placement.
• Install EMT conduit on roof and home interiors/exteriors.
• Submit installation photos and documentation online.
• Maintain safe, orderly job sites per OSHA and company rules.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners.
