Job summary

Zeo Energy is seeking experienced Solar Installers, Crew Leads, and Electricians to support residential solar projects around Pittsburgh. You will be responsible for high-quality workmanship, safety, and delivering an exceptional customer experience on site.

The role offers per-watt pay with bonuses for efficiency, quality, and volume, plus on-site training. Prior residential solar experience is preferred but not required; training is provided to grow your skills on the job.

Qualifications

• Residential solar installation experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license required for leadership positions.
• Comfortable working on steep roofs with proper safety measures.

Responsibilities

• Complete residential solar installations according to project specifications and codes.
• Perform roof-mounted solar array installations, including racking and module placement.
• Bend and install EMT conduit on roofs and home exteriors/interiors.
• Submit installation photos and documentation to online portal.
• Maintain an orderly and safe job site compliant with OSHA protocols.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners.
