The ideal candidate has 3+ years in residential solar or related leadership roles, with strong communication and problem-solving skills, and holds a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in residential solar or related field leadership roles.
• Foreman or Crew Lead experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and layout drawings.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements and jobsite best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise residential solar crews on new home construction projects.
• Plan daily work, assign tasks, and keep jobs on schedule.
• Ensure installs meet plans, code, and MARS quality standards.
• Enforce safety policies and best practices on site.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, builders, and inspectors.
• Troubleshoot field issues and keep communication flowing.
