Solara Home Energy in Escondido, CA is hiring for Installer II to join our Residential Installation team. You will install PV attachments, racking, micro-inverters, and electrical components on 1–3 story homes, ensuring quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of the PV system and how it works.
• Ability to explain the install process to customers or team members.
• Ability to follow safety protocol including PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Install attachments, racking systems, micro-inverters, optimizers, inverters, rough electrical and finish electrical equipment on 1–3 story new construction buildings.
• Complete wiring and electrical connections between solar panels, inverters, and electrical panels.
• Perform layout measurements and ensure panels are properly aligned and secured.
• Seal and weatherproof roof penetrations to maintain roof integrity.
• Install conduit, disconnects, and other safety equipment as required by electrical codes.
• Maintain professional conduct and ensure quality installation.
• Complete and adhere to all safety training and protocol.
