IGS Energy is seeking a Residential Solar Incentives & Operations Analyst to join our fast-paced solar team. The role focuses on filing, tracking, and reporting on government and state incentives for residential solar projects to help scale the business efficiently.

The position requires advanced Excel and SQL skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across teams while documenting processes for training and compliance.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience in Business Administration, IT, Operations, Economics, or other applicable fields.
• Bachelor's Degree in related fields or equivalent working experience.
• Solar Energy experience is a plus.
• Advanced skills in MS Office Applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, SharePoint).
• Proficient in SQL with ability to write queries and manipulate data.
