IGS Energy seeks a Community Solar Operations Analyst to optimize subscription management, reporting, and financial operations across the solar portfolio. You will collaborate with utilities, program administrators, and internal teams to ensure accurate data and scalable processes.

The role emphasizes analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement, with opportunities to leverage AI and automation to enhance operational capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Data Analytics, Energy Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of full-time work experience in energy or solar industry is required.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other data analysis, reporting, and business tools; VBA proficiency preferred.
• Proficiency with MS SQL querying and understanding of ETL processes/tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage subscription and portfolio data accuracy across utilities and internal systems.
• Prepare and distribute financial, operational, and project performance reports; support invoicing and payments reconciliation.
• Continuously assess processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and stakeholder experience; implement automation.
