Job summary

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of construction-related experience.
• 1-3 years of solar experience.
• Valid state driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Must pass a pre-employment criminal screen.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Crews consisting of 3-5 Installers, service and inspection techs, and warehouse staff.
• Formulate performance improvement plans and termination decisions as needed.
• Interview, select, and train new employees.
• Monitor day-to-day staff performance for adherence to processes.
• Coordinate project schedules and secure materials/equipment.
• Direct and coordinate all field activities to ensure quality.
