Job summary

360X Staffing is seeking an experienced Electrical Field Operations Manager to lead installation crews and oversee residential and commercial solar and battery projects. The role emphasizes field leadership, accountability, and driving performance across concurrent installations.

Solar experience is preferred but not required; strong communication with electricians and field personnel is essential as you manage multiple crews, schedules, and jobsite operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in electrical construction or solar installation.
• 3+ years supervising field crews or installation teams.
• Strong electrical construction knowledge.
• Experience managing multiple crews, schedules, and jobsite operations.
• Confident, decisive leadership with demonstrated accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple field crews across concurrent installation projects.
• Manage manpower, schedules, materials, subcontractors, and equipment.
• Enforce safety, installation quality, productivity, and performance expectations.
• Coach field supervisors, develop employees, and address performance issues.
• Resolve jobsite challenges and coordinate with project management, design, and permitting.
• Improve field operations, accountability, and overall team performance.
