Ion Solar is a rapidly expanding residential solar company with nationwide presence. The Field Compliance role supports the Compliance Manager by auditing work queues to identify delays and bottlenecks, ensuring smooth project flow and adherence to standards.

Key duties include reviewing peer work, reporting discrepancies, and handling escalated issues while maintaining clear written communication and attention to detail in a fast-paced office environment.

Field Compliancecontributes to Ion Solar by working directly with the Compliance Manager to help reach departmental goals by performing audits on the work queues for excessive timelines and bottlenecks.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma with 2 years of experience
• Solar experience preferred

Working Conditions:

Fast-paced, open floor office environment with significant computer usage. Utilization of complex systems. Speed and accuracy are essential to the successful completion of tasks.

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. The noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office. May encounter interruptions throughout the work day.
