Job summary

Dominium Management Services is seeking an Assistant Manager for two senior living communities in Prior Lake and Apple Valley, MN. You will support daily property operations while helping maintain occupancy and financial goals.

You will collaborate with the Community Manager to train staff, foster resident relations, and ensure exceptional service, with occasional evenings and weekends as needed. The role is in a mission-driven affordable housing company offering growth and development.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years previous property management experience preferred.
• Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferred.
• Yardi software experience preferred.
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals.
• Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist the Community Manager to train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel.
• Establish positive relationships within the community.
• Be on-call as scheduled by management.
