You will supervise staff, oversee home operations, and develop habilitation and treatment plans, ensuring daily structure and safety. Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 2 years of experience.
• Associate degree with 3 years of experience, and a High School diploma required with 4 years of experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Driver’s license valid in New Jersey with three-year driving history and good standing.

• Meet direct service (face-to-face contact) expectations as determined by annual goals.
• Oversees site scheduling and monitors clients.
• Acts as a team leader.
• Performs other duties as deemed appropriate by the supervisor.
• Ability to read, write and communicate well.
• Ability to document in the individual’s charts and treatment plans.
• Ability to do simple math required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel a plus.
• Knowledge of current principles and practices of behavioral healthcare for developmentally disabled populations.
