Job summary

SERV Behavioral Health System, Inc. seeks a supervisor to provide on-site behavioral health care to youths with IDD in a residential setting. You will oversee home operations, supervise staff, manage administration, and develop treatment plans to support a safe, therapeutic environment.

The role includes structuring daily routines, supervising living skills and personal care, coordinating case management and transportation, and liaising with licensing bodies to ensure compliance and quality care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of experience with youth with IDD challenges required, or an unlicensed master’s-level practitioner with 1 year’s experience.
• Previous Supervisory experience required.
• Valid driver’s license in the state of residence.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must be able to complete a physical, drug screen, and background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site behavioral health care to clients with developmental disabilities in a residential setting.
• Oversee home operations including staff supervision, administration, and treatment plan development.
• Supervise residence daily structure, living skills support, personal care, case management, and transportation.
• Report significant behavioral changes and incidents to supervision.
• Liaise with community resources and advocate for residents.
• Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment while adhering to safety standards, regulations, and policies.
• Cooperate with licensing and regulatory inspections.
