Job summary

SERV Behavioral Health System is seeking a Residential Manager to provide on-site behavioral health services in a residential setting. You will supervise staff, manage daily operations, and ensure therapeutic, safe, and compliant care in alignment with policy and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, documenting treatment plans, and acting as a liaison with supervisory personnel and community resources.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 2 years of experience or an Associate degree with 3 years; a High School diploma with 4 years of experience accepted.
• Driver’s license valid in state with three-year driving history and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site direct behavioral health care in a residential setting.
• Oversee site scheduling, supervise staff, and lead the team.
• Ensure safety, documentation and adherence to policies and regulations.
• Coordinate with supervisor and community resources as needed.
