Job summary

Pathways Community Living seeks a Site Lead I to supervise the community home and ensure high-quality daily living for individuals receiving services. The Site Lead will oversee residential and behavioral staff, monitor standards, and collaborate with program leadership to meet participant needs.

The role requires coordinating shifts, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining strong communication with supervisors.

Qualifications

• Documented experience working with IDD
• Knowledge of Everyday Lives Principles
• 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Supervise residential and behavioral staff and provide daily leadership for house operations
• Familiarize with participant ALIS Profiles and contribute to goal development
• Monitor participant progress and report medical concerns or incidents
• Coordinate Residential Advisor shifts and manage schedules
• Attend ISP, behavioral, and day program meetings
• Maintain communication with supervisory and leadership teams
