Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in education, psychology, rehabilitation, or related field.
• One year of experience in human services required or preferred.
• MAP certification must be obtained within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Implement Individual Support Plans (ISPs) and assessments.
• Lead and supervise Direct Support Professionals during shifts.
• Ensure ISP programs and behavior data sheets are documented.
• Administer medications and document administration.
• Foster community involvement and resident engagement in daily living activities.
• Serve as primary shift contact and communicate updates to management.
