Job summary

A leading mental health organization in Springfield, MA is looking for a Shift Supervisor to oversee adolescent and family services. The role requires strong leadership, crisis intervention skills, and a bachelor's degree in Social Sciences or related field. The Shift Supervisor will ensure a therapeutic environment, lead a team of Residential Counselors, and manage client care. Qualifications

• Excellent leadership skills and prior supervisory experience.
• At least two years of experience in Human Services working with adolescents.
• Must have valid driver’s license and pass a CORI check.
