The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include managing staff schedules, ensuring compliance of group homes, and monitoring client treatment plans. Qualificações

• Must have broad knowledge of non-profit administration and child protective systems.
• Approved CORI & DCF background checks required.
