The Salvation Army Midland Division Family Haven Shelter in St. Louis, Missouri seeks a Residential Care Supervisor to oversee 24-hour Residential Aides and PRN staff across shifts, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for residents of the Family Haven Emergency Shelter.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human service/social service field or related area plus 3 years of work-related experience is required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; understanding of homelessness and poverty.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Residential Aides (RA) and PRN staff on all shifts.
• Provide initial and ongoing training and development of RA/PRN staff.
• Schedule 24-hour RA staffing and cover vacancies as needed.
• Maintain resident rosters, bed counts, and data entry into HMIS/SIMS.
