Job summary

Caswell Developmental Center in North Carolina is seeking a Home Manager to design programs within the residential home, write objective plans, monitor implementation, provide hands‑on programming, and train staff.

You will supervise all Residential Services staff, coordinate services for individuals, and lead efforts to help residents gain independence in self care, daily living, and meaningful relationships while protecting their rights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and two years of experience providing professional or direct services (either paid or volunteer) in a setting that serves individuals with disabilities.
• Knowledge of person-centered planning or similar planning practices is preferred.
• Ability to coordinate professionals and staff to develop and evaluate services.

Responsibilities

• Design programs within the home and write objective plans.
• Monitor program implementation and provide hands-on programming.
• Train staff and supervise all Residential Services staff assigned to the home.
• Ensure individuals served receive a comprehensive array of training, services, and supports to achieve maximum independence and protect their rights.
