Zusammenfassung

WCDC is seeking a hands-on Residential Services Supervisor to oversee on-site operations, staff training, and client-centered care across multiple residential properties.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field with direct support experience, and offers involvement in hiring, training, and compliance with state regulations. The position includes benefits and a rotating schedule based on program needs.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Bachelor's degree in human services or related field and 2 years direct support experience.
• May substitute 4+ years leadership/management experience for required degree.
• Must be able to lift 60 pounds and drive; able to stand/walk most of the time.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the central point of contact between clients, families, partner service organizations and WCDC departments to empower residents.
• Perform on-site resident visits to ensure properties comply with WCDC policies and COMAR regulations.
• Ensure residences are fully staffed per client plans and needs.
• Participate in interviewing, hiring and training for new residential staff; provide on-call support.
• Ensure staff pass and maintain certifications (Med Tech, CPR, First Aid, Mandt, etc.).
• Monitor employee performance and attendance to ensure timely payroll.
• Complete forms for services provided to ensure accurate billing; manage expenses to stay under budget.
• Other duties as assigned.
